Yes! We’re a pet-friendly campground. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at both the cabins and RV sites. Our fully fenced property makes it easy for pets to explore safely. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.

We offer:

• 3 Amish-built log cabins (Fisherman’s Cabin, Hunter’s Cabin & Gator Hut)
• 2 RV sites with 50 AMP full hookups (water, sewer, and electric)

Both options are gated and private with access to our community fire pit, stock-tank pool, and picnic area.

Each cabin includes:

• Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee, teas and local honey
• Private bathroom with shower
• Linens, towels, and pillows
• Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi
• Heating, A/C, and a front porch with seating
• Access to the community grill, fire pit, and laundry

Steinhatchee offers year-round activities including:

• Scalloping (June 15 – Labor Day)
• Inshore & offshore fishing
• Kayaking & paddleboarding on the Steinhatchee River
• Local festivals like the Fiddler Crab Fest and Christmas Boat Parade
• Visits to Steinhatchee Falls, area springs, and wildlife preserves

Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Most major carriers also have strong cell service in the area.

Peak seasons include:

• Scalloping season: June 15 – Labor Day
• Fishing season: Spring and fall are best for trout, redfish, and grouper
• Festival season: Fiddler Crab Festival in February, Christmas Boat Parade in December

We provide most essentials, but we recommend bringing:

• Your own beach towels or fishing gear
• Charcoal for the grill
• Groceries (though there are a few local markets nearby)
• Bug spray and sunscreen depending on the season
